# Enquiry

> Enquiry is a form backend for website contact forms, run by Bromputers (a web studio in Bromley, London). Point an HTML form at https://enquiry.bromputers.co.uk/submit with a hidden access_key field and each submission is emailed to the form owner, with files attached and spam held in a spam folder. It takes the same field names as Web3Forms, so switching is a one-line change to the form's action.

## How to use it

- Endpoint: `POST https://enquiry.bromputers.co.uk/submit` with an `access_key` field, or `POST https://enquiry.bromputers.co.uk/submit/{access_key}`.
- Bodies: multipart/form-data (needed for files), application/x-www-form-urlencoded or JSON.
- Reserved fields: `access_key`, `email` (Reply-To and autoresponder), `subject`, `from_name`, `replyto`, `redirect` (must be on an allowed website), `ccemail` (confirmed addresses only), `botcheck` (honeypot), `cf-turnstile-response`, `h-captcha-response`. Every other field is emailed as named, in posted order.
- Answers: a 303 redirect for a plain form post; with `Accept: application/json`, `{"success": true, "message": "..."}` or `{"success": false, "message": "..."}` with status 400, 403, 413, 415, 429 or 500. CORS is open.
- Files: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, HEIF, AVIF and PDF, checked by content; 10 MB each, 5 per submission by default.
- Spam: honeypot, spam score, allowed websites, Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha. Caught spam waits in a spam folder and can be released; it never counts towards the monthly limit.

## Pricing

One plan: US$100 a year or US$10 a month, before tax. 10,000 submissions a month, unlimited forms and websites, file uploads, autoresponder, CSV export, up to 1 year of history. Self-serve signup with a 14-day free trial is not open yet; accounts are set up on request at https://enquiry.bromputers.co.uk/access.

Not available yet: webhooks and integrations, reCAPTCHA v3, a submissions API, email layouts, team invites.
