Enquiry

A form backend for website contact forms.

Point your form at one URL. Enquiries arrive in your inbox, with files attached and spam held back. No server, no plugin, no code of your own.

  • Works with any HTML form, and with React, Astro or plain JavaScript
  • Switching from Web3Forms is one line
  • One plan, everything included: US$100 a year or US$10 a month

Try it: send an enquiry

A real form. Send it and see the email the website owner would get. Nothing is stored or emailed.

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is a copy and paste.

  1. Paste the form

Use your own form, or ours from the docs. Its action points at https://enquiry.bromputers.co.uk/submit and a hidden field carries your access key.

  2. Confirm your email

We send one link to each address that should receive enquiries. One click and it’s on.

  3. Enquiries arrive

Each one lands in your inbox with Reply-To set to the visitor, so answering is just pressing Reply.

Switching from Web3Forms is one line

Change the form’s action. Your fields, honeypot and subject keep working because we take the same field names, and so does your redirect once your website is on the form’s allowed list.

Change of address

for your form’s action

Old address
https://api.web3forms.com/submit
New address
https://enquiry.bromputers.co.uk/submit/YOUR_ACCESS_KEY

With the key in the address, the old hidden access_key field is simply ignored.

Questions

What is Enquiry?

Enquiry is a form backend: you point the contact form on your website at one URL, and every enquiry is emailed to you, with any files attached and spam held back. You don’t need a server, a plugin or any code of your own.

Each submission is also kept in a dashboard, where you can search it, export it as CSV and release anything that was wrongly marked as spam.

How do I switch from Web3Forms?

Change the form’s action to https://enquiry.bromputers.co.uk/submit/ followed by your new access key. Your field names, the botcheck honeypot, subject, from_name and replyto work as they did, and redirect does once your website is on the form’s allowed list.

Your past enquiries can come with you: export the CSV from Web3Forms and import it into the form in the dashboard. Details are in Moving from Web3Forms.

What happens to spam?

Every submission goes through a honeypot field, a spam score (links, URL shorteners, known spam phrases, throwaway email domains, repeats) and, if you turn them on, a list of allowed websites and a Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha check.

Anything that looks like spam waits in the form’s Spam folder instead of your inbox. Nothing is silently deleted: “Not spam” sends it on as normal. Spam doesn’t count towards your monthly submissions.

Will my enquiries actually arrive?

Emails come from notifications@enquiryform.bromputers.co.uk, a sending address set up with SPF and DKIM so mail providers can check it’s genuine. Each delivery is recorded and retried if it fails, and you can see what was sent in the dashboard.

Before anything is emailed to an address, its owner confirms it with one click. Enquiries that arrive before then wait and are sent the moment the address is confirmed, so nothing is lost while you set up.
