Refunds and cancellation

The trial

The first 14 days are free, with 100 emails. Cancel before they end and nothing is charged.

Cancelling

Cancel from Billing & usage in the dashboard at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year already paid, then stops; it isn’t renewed.

Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of a payment, we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Write to hello@bromputers.co.uk. Refunds are made by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the card or account you paid with.

After 14 days a payment isn’t refunded, except where the law says otherwise or where we end the service for reasons that aren’t yours.

If a payment fails

Paddle retries it. If it still fails, the account is paused (forms answer “this form is paused”) and the data is kept; paying the open invoice turns it back on.
